You already know the feeling
The hip that complains on the stairs. The ache on the outside that wakes you at 2am when you roll onto that side. The morning when the first ten steps feel borrowed from someone older.
And you already know the usual advice: stretch it more. Push through. It's just age.
That advice is why you're still here, three years later, doing the same figure-four stretch and wondering why nothing sticks.
Your tissues are not finished. They are adaptive; they respond to load, range, and consistency. What they don't respond to is guessing.
What do the four weeks actually do?
Hips Don't Lie is a four-week structure, ordered in the sequence your body will actually accept.
GROUND — Calm protective tension. Restore breath and sensory awareness. A guarded nervous system will not hand you range no matter how hard you pull on it, which is why most women's stretching never sticks.
RELEASE — Restore movement options, coordination and control. Not more range. More available range, with control through it. This is where a hip stops being something you manage and starts being something you use.
ALIGN — Teach the tissue to hold what you've opened. Active, controlled work through your full range — because range you can't control is range your body quietly takes back.
INTEGRATE — Make it yours. Getting off the floor. Carrying the groceries in one trip. Taking the stairs without thinking about it.
You open the four weeks with three tests, and you close with the same three. Not so I can tell you it worked. So you can see whether it did.
How it runs
Four weeks, starting Monday, October 19
A five-day drip each week — Day 1 foundations through a Day 5 follow-along
A live session with me every week
Workbooks and a private group underneath the whole thing
Everything on video, everything scalable, all of it doable in the time it takes your kettle to boil twice
Why be on this list
Eight spots. Cohort one is deliberately small. I want to shape the live sessions around eight real women rather than manage a crowd — and to collect the retest numbers that make cohort two honest.
You hear first. The list gets the doors on Monday, October 5, three days before anyone else. With eight spots, three days matter.
The first five to enroll get a free 15-minute consult with me before the program starts to build the four weeks around the numbers you record on your tests. Not the first five on this list — the first five who enroll. I'll be straight with you about that so nobody feels tricked on the day.
Who is this for
This is for you if you're a woman over 40 who's noticed things getting harder and doesn't accept that as the ending. If you're willing to test yourself honestly and work at it for four weeks. If you'd rather know why something works than be told to trust the process.
This is not for you if you want a quick fix, or a stretch routine, or someone to tell you it isn't your fault and leave it there. It's also not medical treatment. If you have undiagnosed, severe or worsening pain, see a physiotherapist first — I'll say the same thing on a call.

Be first in line
Doors open to this list on Monday, October 5.
No confirmation click — you're on the list the moment you hit the button. I'll write to you a handful of times between now and October, and you can leave whenever you like.
